AlNiCo Magnets Introduction
AlNiCo is an alloy made of aluminum, nickel, cobalt, copper, iron and other materials. According to the different processing technology, AlNiCo can be divided into cast AlNiCo and sintered AlNiCo. AlNiCo has been produced and used since 1930s. It is the oldest permanent magnet series. AlNiCo grades range from 2.0 MGOe to 9.0 MGOe. The most commonly used brands are AlNiCo5 and AlNiCo6, AlNiCo8 and AlNiCo9.
AlNiCo Magnets Applications
AlNiCo has good temperature stability and aging stability. It is often used in the manufacture of instruments, motors, electro acoustic devices, magnetic machinery and other fields. Among them, sintered AlNiCo8, sintered AlNiCo6 and sintered AlNiCo5 are often suitable for smaller and less complex geometric applications.
